Clean-up
You are responsible for performing the following clean-up after your event:
Remove all debris from all tables and chairs.
Wipe down each table with supplies from the kitchenette area or maintenance closet in the hallway by the restrooms.
Return any/all folding chairs to the rack in the hallway, if applicable.
Vacuum the floor with the vacuum located in the maintenance closet in the hallway by the restrooms.
All window blinds should be lowered about 1/3 of the way, and should look even around the room.
Arrange all tables and chairs according to the diagram posted on the back of each Meeting Room door.
Remove all trash and either take it home with you, or throw it in the dumpster in the parking lot by the friary (at the opposite end of the building).
Collapsible Wall between St. Francis and St. Clare Meeting Rooms
Please call the Parish Office on the day of your meeting/event (or Friday, if your meeting/event is scheduled for the weekend) to request that the wall be opened or you.
A member of the church building staff, or experienced member of the parish will close the wall after your event. Please do not attempt to close it on your own, as it is very easy to get off-track, and very difficult to get back on-track.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
Thermostat—Heating/Air Conditioning
All thermostats are controlled by a regulated and scheduled program to protect the parish from unnecessary energy costs.
When you enter the room, you may change the pre-programmed un-occupied temperature to the pre-programmed “temporary occupied” temperature.
It is then your responsibility to reset the thermostat to “run program” or “un-occupied” upon leaving the room. Failure to do this may result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
