FORMED Presence Session 3: "Bread for the Journey" April 8, 2020
We continue our catechesis with teaching on The Eucharist. We reflect on what it is we believe about this sacrament. How do we become more like Christ each time we receive him in the Eucharist? How does the story of the Emmaus walk in Luke 24 relate to our present-day celebration of Holy Mass?
To help us understand more deeply the Sacrament of the Eucharist, we will continue the online video course called "Presence: The Mystery of the Eucharist". Session 3 is called "Bread for the Journey". It is about 31 minutes in length. We suggest that you watch it and then take some time after the session to think about what you saw and share with others if you have the opportunity. There is a "Presence Study Guide" (on the same webpage as the session video) that has questions and reflections for this session.
