Accompanists that play piano, organ, or guitar are needed to help lead the music at the different services throughout the year. Accompanists should be confident players who work easily with different cantors and groups. Please contact Stephen Falencki, the Music Coordinator, falencki@sjy.org.
Cantors encourage singing in the congregation and help lead the people in song. Vocalists should be confident singers, but do not need to know how to read music, we have plenty of resources to learn the music and the accompanists are always available to rehearse prior to mass. Please contact Stephen Falencki, the Music Coordinator, falencki@sjy.org.
The Funeral Choir has served the needs of St. Joseph Church for over 30 years, since it was located on E. Princess Street. The choir sings at every funeral and provides voices and sympathy to the families of the deceased. There are no evening rehearsals, but daytime availability is best.

The name of the group may seem simple, but 12:15 comes from 2 Corinthians 12:15. 12:15 serves the 12:30 mass and focuses on the most contemporary music of the church. The group rehearses on Wednesday nights.
