DAY OF FASTING AND PRAYER -- OCT. 27TH

Bishop Senior asks the faithful of the Diocese to join him in a day of private prayer and fasting for an end to the Israel-Hamas war on Friday, October 27.

We will not be holding any holy hour at St. Joseph's, but feel free to utilize the chapel for your private prayers during our open hours.

Pope Francis called for the day of prayer, saying this will be “a day of penance to which I invite sisters and brothers of the various Christian denominations, those belonging to other religions, and all those who have at heart the cause of peace in the world, to join in as they see fit.
