FUNERAL LUNCHEON COMMITTEE

The Parish would like to offer a hospitality service to all families in need at the time of a funeral. The Funeral Luncheon Committee would coordinate a small reception for those grieving the loss of a loved one. Committee members would need to be available during the week and on Saturdays, with short notice. Committee members work with the grieving family to determine what they would like to order from Weis deli. The family calls in the order and pays for it directly. The committee then picks up the order on the day of the funeral, sets up the meeting rooms to accommodate a buffet line, sets out paper plates, utensils, cups and drinks, then clean up afterward. If you have a desire to serve the parish in this way, please contact the Parish Secretary, Binky Theodore, in the parish office by phone or by email [email protected].
