If you would like to receive a record of your parish contributions for last year, please place a self-addressed, stamped envelope in the collection basket, or send it by mail to 2935 Kingston Road, York, PA  17402. If you need a tax statement for your Diocesan Annual Campaign donation, please call the Diocesan Office of Development at 717-657-4804 ext. 336, or email your request to [email protected].
