JAMAICAN STUDENT SPONSORSHIP DRIVE

Hello. My name is Michelle Lynch, and I am the new Student Sponsorship coordinator for St. Margaret Mary Prep School in Lionel Town, Jamaica. As you may or may not know, the St. Joseph Jamaican Mission Team has been visiting this school each January.
Our parishioners have been kindly donating money to the school for years, allowing more than 100 students to attend the private school yearly. Our Student Sponsorship Drive will occur before and after all masses on Sept. 28th & 29th, as well as Oct. 5th & 6th. If your heart calls you to help in this mission, please meet with members of the alumni team on one of those days in the St. Clare room.  
The sponsorship cost per child has remained at $300. If you would like to help monetarily but choose not to donate the full $300, that is an option, too. All checks are to be made out to St. Joseph Church of York, with “Jamaican School Sponsorship” in the memo line.
