Our Catholic faith is amazing. From the Eucharist, to the Sacrament of Penance, to unlikely conversion stories, and to the saints, our faith contains a dynamism that is unrivaled. Indeed, God is ever new and our faith helps to shine the true light on our everyday life. And, perhaps one of clearest signs of the amazing-ness of our faith is that of the what catholic means.
Chris Wood of the St. Joseph Youth Ministry will be offering SJY’s young at heart a spiritual morning at 9:30 AM on Friday, April 4th. “Prayer and Intimacy With God” is the title of a morning dedicated to unity with God and our personal connection with our fellow J.O.Y. family.
Due to the 2025 Confirmation Masses on Saturday, April 5th, there will be NO confessions available for that day. Please see the bulletin and website for other times that week and the following week, including First Friday confessions on April 4th.
Our Parish invites you to offer this Devotion to our Blessed Mother, each First Saturday of the year with the intention of making reparation for the offenses and blasphemies committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
On Wednesday, March 5th, we begin our sacred journey of Lent. The ashes we receive on Ash Wednesday are a reminder to "Turn away from sin and be faithful to the Gospel." These 40 days call us to reflect on our lives and our relationship with God. Lent invites us to prepare our hearts and minds for the glorious celebration of Easter, reminding us of the transformative power of repentance from sin and the call to remember and serve others.

The Women’s Care Center is once again sponsoring the “Change for Life” baby bottle campaign to raise funds for their support initiatives aimed at pregnant mothers, providing alternatives to abortion, and promoting the healthy development of families.
The deadline for turning in COAL tickets is Sunday, March 23rd. This raffle has $65,000 in cash prizes with a top prize of $15,000. Tickets and information are available at the Knights of Columbus bulletin board. Help the Knights provide thousands in scholarships and support to local charities.
This Wednesday, March 19th, we celebrate our Patronal Feast Day—the Solemnity of St. Joseph, protector of the family and patron of the universal Church. In honor of our Patron, we will have a St. Joseph’s Table, a particular custom that originated on the island of Sicily.
Will you join us for Explore & Adore? Our rescheduled sessions start March 17th for Monday nights from 7-8:30 PM, and March 19th for Wednesday mornings from 9:30-11 AM, both in the St Francis room.
Widows and Widowers Just Doing Life Together will meet Monday, March 10th at 11:30 AM (this is an hour earlier than normal) to share a covered dish lunch together in the St. Francis/St. Clare rooms. We will have prayers, fellowship, food, and fun (Bingo). Feel free to bring a prize for our Bingo game. All Faiths are welcome. Invite a widow or widower to join us for an uplifting time together. Evangelization and a moving dramatization of Mary at the foot of the Cross. J.O.Y. meets in the St. Francis Room at 9:30 AM monthly on First Fridays: this month on March 7th. All Seniors are welcome to this special morning.
